{"id":265,"date":"2023-04-30T09:37:01","date_gmt":"2023-04-30T00:37:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yukihyo.conohawing.com\/?p=265"},"modified":"2023-04-30T15:44:27","modified_gmt":"2023-04-30T06:44:27","slug":"13_chase-the-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/yukihyo.conohawing.com\/?p=265","title":{"rendered":"13_Chase the changes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">you make a goal and you effort to achieve it. <br>But, didn\u2019\uff54 you have situations stopping<br>the effort in half way\uff1f<br><br>sometimes I have same situations. <br>in the other hand sometimes<br> I had achieved my target<br><br>One of target I achieved is to lose my weight.<br><br>I was on a diet for about 2 years.<br>And my weight lose until weight I wished finally.<br><br>So I consider why could I continue it<br>about 2 years?<br><br>One of reasons is I almost everyday checked<br>my weight twice in morning and evening.<br><br>Due to check my weight everyday, <br>I was founding that relationship between<br>my daily action and my weight increase\/decrease.<br><br>When I saved the amount of eating, <br>I was looking forward to check my weight.<br><br>I had a feeling to get a new my clothes, <br>this is because I felt sense of accomplishment about<br>I controlled my weight successfully.<br><br>A person like above, I think, more losing their weight, doesn&#8217;t they?<br><br>When you don&#8217;t last your effort, <br>let you make sure next 1.2. and retry your objective.<br><br>1. Making a result of effort to a figure.<br>\u2192if you try to lose your weight, you have to<br>  check your weight everyday.<br>  Besides, if you&#8217;d like to get a good score of toeic,<br>  you should take the exam periodically. <br>  And make sure your score. <br><br>2. let you think that what kind of relationship exists<br>  between a figure of effort and your behave.<br><br>Any figures of effort will be continuing to change.<br>and you should chase this changes.<br><br>Today is January first.<br>I think, a lot of people makes their objective now.<br>Of course I make too.<br><br>I wish you achieve your goals, <br>and you make 2023 to a good year.<br><br>thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>you make a goal and you effort to achieve it.
