I had achieved my target
One of target I achieved is to lose my weight.
I was on a diet for about 2 years.
And my weight lose until weight I wished finally.
So I consider why could I continue it
about 2 years?
One of reasons is I almost everyday checked
my weight twice in morning and evening.
Due to check my weight everyday,
I was founding that relationship between
my daily action and my weight increase\/decrease.
When I saved the amount of eating,
I was looking forward to check my weight.
I had a feeling to get a new my clothes,
this is because I felt sense of accomplishment about
I controlled my weight successfully.
A person like above, I think, more losing their weight, doesn’t they?
When you don’t last your effort,
let you make sure next 1.2. and retry your objective.
1. Making a result of effort to a figure.
\u2192if you try to lose your weight, you have to
check your weight everyday.
Besides, if you’d like to get a good score of toeic,
you should take the exam periodically.
And make sure your score.
2. let you think that what kind of relationship exists
between a figure of effort and your behave.
Any figures of effort will be continuing to change.
and you should chase this changes.
Today is January first.
I think, a lot of people makes their objective now.
Of course I make too.
