最近よく目にする”脱炭素”という言葉について考えたい。
この言葉は地球温暖化や温室効果ガスに関連する。
温室効果ガスには複数の種類がある。
これらガスの中で最も多いものは化石燃料由来の
二酸化炭素(CO2)とのことだ。
脱炭素という言葉は
・地球から化石燃料由来のCO2を脱する(取り除く)
・CO2を排出するガソリン・灯油を使用しなければ
いけない状態から人々が脱却する。
といった意味だと思う。
脱炭素に成功すれば地球温暖化を防ぐことができる。
失敗すれば地球温暖化は進み、異常気象が通常気象になる。
大きいところでは火力発電所による電力の受給。
身近なところでは石油ストーブ・ガソリン自動車の利用。
CO2の排出と無関係な人は恐らくいない。
ゆえに脱炭素は世界の隅々にまで関係する事象であり、
一朝一夕に実現できることではない。
誰かが、どこかで、CO2の排出を削減してくれる。
この考え方は改めるべきだ。
最近 脱炭素という言葉をよく見かける。
君にも何かできないか？
と呼びかけられているように感じる。以上。

The main offender in (G) is arrested.
he is seventeenth arrested in this case.
・The trial is still ongoing.
○I thought next 1.2.3 about this case.
1.I don’t condone fraud.
Besides arrestee insist innocence
and he said “I was tricked, too”
he doesn’t have contrition.
it is vicious.
2.You can’t fool someone unless they trust you.
So I could say (G) are very crafty
and specialize in making trust.
arrestee excuse himself after he was arrested.
he said “I was tricked,too”.
This attitude may have been fostered
in the course of building trust.
I think, if arrestee devoted himself to play a
Land and buildings introducers, he would had to
devote himself to play a victim.
3. I felt this contracts for the sale of land and buildings
has been signed in favor of (G).
Why couldn’t (S) negotiate strongly with (G) ？
And legal representative of (S) would have stopped
in the case of unfavorable contracts.
I wonder why (S) was tricked.
(S) is dealing with real estate on a daily basis.
And this contracts is a pretty big.
If the amount is very small, the intra-company screening
process may be more lenient.
Even if the amount is very big, will this screening
process be lenient?
Or considered it with a very limited number of people?
Perhaps did case officer of (G) think the case goes well
if only I tell the situation to president？
In any case, the (G) rep was probably not
in a normal state.
○At the end
I think that,
good way of recovery a person not in a normal state is
to pointed out from person he respect.
there is a ”good morning” in morning greetings,
and
there is a ”good night” in night greetings.
It helps me when I’m not in normal state
that discovering a good point of people around me
by keeping communicate.

○積水ハウス地面師事件概要
・ 2017年4月頃
積水ハウス(S)は土地建物について
地面師グループ(G)と売買契約を
締結した。
・ 2017年6月頃
土地の所有権移転の手続きの際に
(G)に騙されたことが発覚した。
(土地を取得できなかった)
・(S)は約55億円の被害を被った。
・ 2019年1月頃
(G)の主犯格が逮捕される。
この事件の１７人目の
逮捕者であった。
・ 現在も裁判が続いている。
○次1.2.3 考えました
1.詐欺は許せない。しかも 逮捕者は
”私も騙された”として無罪を
主張しています。
改悛の情はありません。悪質です。
2.一度 相手から信用を得ないと
相手を騙すことはできません。
地面師グループは信用作りに
長けており、また相当賢いと
思います。
逮捕されてなお、”私も騙された”と
言い逃れする姿勢は 普段の
信用作りから培われたもの
かもしれません。
また土地建物の紹介者に徹していた
とすれば被害者に徹しなければ
ならないのでしょう。
3.この土地建物の売買契約は(G)が有利な
条件で結ばれていると感じました。
契約締結前には打ち合わせの際に
(S)は強く交渉できなかったの
でしょうか？
また不利な契約の場合は(S)の
法務担当者は止めたはずです。
日常的に不動産を扱う(S)が
騙されたことが不思議です。
相当な大金の契約です。
金額がごく小さいと企業内の審査は
甘くなるかもしれませんが
金額が大きすぎる場合も同審査は
甘くなるのでしょうか？
それとも ごく限られた人間で
検討していたのか？
または 社長の耳に入れておけば
よいとでも 考えたのでしょうか？
いずれにせよ(G)担当者は通常の
状態ではなかったのでしょう。
○終わりに
人が通常の状態でない場合、もとに
戻すための良い方法は尊敬する人に
指摘されることだと私は考えています。

身近な人とこういった基本的な交流や
意思疎通を積み重ねて、その人の
尊敬するべきところ発見しておくことが
自分自身の異常時の助けになると
考えました。

見えないし、香りもないし、近づいてきても音がしない。
この存在感のなさ 電気と似ているところがあるなと思いました
交流の電気はプラスのピークからマイナスのピークまで絶えず変化していますので そこそこ派手な動きをしています
コロナウイルスも日本国内・海外にも拡散しています

もしくは 私は彼らに興味がない。
もし私が存在すると想像すれば存在感を0から1にできます。
具体的にどのあたりに存在するか想像するためには
特徴を学ぶことが ひとつの方法と言っていいでしょう。
